A Rider and Passenger can order using a single form. If you are registering for two riders at different addresses, you will need to complete two different forms.

It is important that you remember how many Registrations, Additional Banquet Tickets, and XXL shirts you are ordering so you can make accurate payment. The totals will not automatically carry over to PayPal. You can PRINT the completed form at the bottom of this page for reference.
